General

These terms apply to all orders placed with ARAW through our website, Instagram (@wear.araw) or WhatsApp. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted on this page.

Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and details as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
Minor variation in shade, texture or hand-finished detail is a natural part of the garment and is not considered a defect.
All items are subject to availability.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We accept bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available within Pakistan only; international orders must be prepaid by bank transfer.
Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud.

Orders

Your order is confirmed only once we have received your payment, or your confirmation via WhatsApp for COD orders. Until then, it is treated as pending.
Please provide complete and correct order and delivery details. ARAW is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If a Cash on Delivery parcel is repeatedly refused or returned undelivered, we may require advance payment on any future orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery is managed by them, and ARAW is not liable for courier-side delays.

Exchanges

We offer exchange only, subject to our Exchange & Damaged Goods Policy. Please read it before placing your order.

Customised Orders

Customised sizing or pieces are made specially for you and are final. They cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, designs, images and text, belongs to ARAW and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ARAW is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the item purchased.

Privacy

Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms, from our website or from an order placed with ARAW is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
