Shipping policy

We want your ARAW pieces to reach you safely. Here is everything you need to know.

Order Processing

Your piece is made and packed before it ships, and that time is already inside the delivery window below. During launches, sale periods or public holidays it may take a little longer.

Delivery Time (within Pakistan)

Standard delivery: 10 to 14 days from the day you place your order. Making and packing your piece is included in that window.
Urgent delivery: 2 to 4 working days, available at an additional charge. Please message us before ordering to arrange this.

Shipping Charges

Delivery within Pakistan is a flat PKR 250.
Enjoy free delivery on orders of PKR 15,000 or more.
Exact shipping is calculated at checkout.

International Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide. Charges depend on where you are and what you order, so they are not set at checkout. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 1101624 with your address and the piece you want, and we will send you the total before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available within Pakistan only. For customised or high-value orders, an advance payment may be required. International orders must be prepaid.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number on WhatsApp (+92 300 1101624) so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery Details

Please provide a complete, correct address and an active phone number. ARAW is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
If a parcel is returned undelivered, re-shipping charges will apply.

Delays

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by them. We will always help you follow up, but ARAW is not liable for courier-side delays.
