Refund policy

At ARAW, each piece is made with care. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. Please read our policy below.

Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be entertained.

Exchange Only, No Returns or Refunds

We offer exchange only. We do not offer returns or cash refunds. Items may be exchanged for a different size or another piece, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, the difference will be charged; if it costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Items that are worn, washed, altered, stained (including makeup, perfume or deodorant marks) or smell of smoke cannot be accepted.

Sale & Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged, unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect (see below).

The bank transfer discount is not a sale price. It is there for paying up front, so an order placed with the code ARAWBANK5 can be exchanged in the normal way.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Your unboxing video (mandatory)

An unboxing video is required for all damage, fault or wrong-item claims. Without it, we are unable to process the claim.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, whichever you prefer, and ARAW will cover all shipping costs for these cases.

Shipping Costs

  • For size or change-of-mind exchanges, the customer covers return and re-delivery shipping.
  • For damaged, faulty or wrong items, ARAW covers all shipping.

Note: colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Minor variation in shade, texture or hand-finished detail is a natural part of the garment and is not considered a defect.
