What sizes do you offer?
We offer XS, S, M, L and XL. Each piece has its own size chart on its product page, so please check the chart for that piece before ordering. Need a different fit? Customised sizing is available for an additional PKR 1,000. Message us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each piece has its own size chart on its product page. The measurements are of the garment, in inches, not of the body. The surest way to choose is to measure a piece you already own and wear often, then match it to the chart. If you are between sizes, or still unsure, message us on WhatsApp +92 300 1101624 and we will help.
What fabric are your pieces made from?
Each piece uses a carefully chosen fabric, listed on its product page. Our fabrics are soft, breathable and made to drape beautifully.
How should I care for my ARAW pieces?
We recommend dry clean or gentle hand wash. Avoid harsh detergents and wringing, and dry in shade to keep the colour and texture looking their best.
Do your outfits come with pockets?
Yes, all our trousers come with pockets.
Can I buy the kimono pieces separately?
Yes. Our kimono sets (Blush and Onyx) can be bought as the full three-piece set, or in combinations such as kimono with inner, or kimono with trousers, or the kimono on its own. Prices for each option are listed on the product page.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan is 10 to 14 days from the day you order, including the time we take to make and pack your piece. Need it sooner? Urgent delivery (2 to 4 working days) is available at an additional charge. Message us before ordering.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on your location and is a flat PKR 250 within Pakistan. Enjoy free delivery on orders of PKR 15,000 or more.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Charges depend on where you are and what you order, so they are not set at checkout. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 1101624 with your address and the piece you want, and we will send you the total before you pay.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available within Pakistan only. International orders must be prepaid.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available within Pakistan only; international orders must be prepaid by bank transfer.
Can I exchange or return my order?
We offer exchange only, within 3 days of delivery. We do not offer returns or cash refunds. Please see our Exchange Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and your unboxing video (mandatory). We will make it right.
